What time should we meet up at the Lodge Thursday night? Its a 4 hour drive plus stopping for food on the way down. Registration between 7pm-11pm.
we should all meet to finish the paperwork needed for chapter of the year, its uploaded to gmail, but it's cutoff on the end, the whole document is on mom fehrle's laptop, what do you guys think?
pat i understand chapter of the year is important but i got about a handfull of guys who are asking me what time we have to meet at the lodge for conclave you should call brad and tell him what time we should meet up beacause i think that is highly important and we should have established it before there was only two days til conclave so we should really get a time out
Gentlemen,
Dad Garcia cannot leave until 7pm Thursday. Is there anyone else that cannot leave until later that evening? Dad Sapello, Pendelton, and myself will be availible to leave from the lodge at 3pm. You will all need to have your medical release forms or you will not be going to Conclave. I am in class until 10pm tonight and my phone has died. You can communicate through the forum.

Is Karl Driving down or need a ride?
So that is the difficult part. Because presently we have 3 possibly 4 vehicles.
Karl called me and told me he was driving down. I think everyone is going to go at 3 or 4.
I'm off of work on Thursday so I can take 3 comfortably down to Radford, 4 if someone doesn't mind being squeezed into the rear middle seat. So I can meet people at the Lodge at 3 or 4 depending on when you guys decide to meet up.
so now that we have a departure time, we should finish the paperwork for chapter of the year, if we do, we need to meet at mom fehrle's house because all the paperwork is documented on those laptops.
I think that we should meet up at the lodge at 3:00pm the earlier the better and that way we could get to radford possibly around 7 or latest 8 i think 3 is a perfect time to meet and we should depart around 3:30 or 3:45 but im just saying thats just my opinion
I'm driving down around 7pm so if anyone wants to ride with me you can.. driving the black Porsche or Hummer if we have a lot.

From the meeting notes, there are 15 boys.
We have 4 drivers (Dads Brad, Cord, Pendleton, and Karl) -- however, I can drive if necessary. I would need to rent a car though. The Gillenwaters are all driving down in one car together, that leaves 12 boys who need a ride.

If I bring the Hummer I can 4 boys. If I bring the minivan.. 6. Gas would be twice as expensive on Hummer.. so would need to maximize 4 seats.
